Following an initial set of CSR commitment communications for Crédit Agricole's regional branches, the national federation (FNCA) wanted to evolve "Impact+" with a clear ambition: to consolidate, simplify and personalise the tool, whilst making the impact more visible for each audience. The solution needed to work across two complementary formats: "Impact+ Long Version" to demonstrate territorial impact and "Impact+ Short Version" to engage, share and equip field teams.

For the 2025 edition, we partnered with ETYO, who handled strategic direction and methodological framing, whilst we managed graphic design. Very quickly, the project established clear standards: greater emphasis on local context, widely customisable content, and verifiable readability and accessibility criteria down to the finest execution details.

Editorial Strategy: Starting from Territory, Then Surfacing the Evidence

We established a stable architecture allowing regional branches to write "from real experience": projects, stories, indicators and commitments structured around Environment, Social and Governance pillars. The "why" guided every decision: if the report must convince, it must remain readable; if it must engage, it must stay human-centred; and if it must be deployable, it must remain customisable without losing its integrity.

Two Formats, Two Uses: Demonstrate and Distribute

The long version is calibrated at 32 pages, with a modular structure and hierarchy designed for transparent and useful reading. The short version, conceived as a 10-page fold-out, targets broad distribution and quick uptake: accessible and visually engaging layout with local projects highlighted. Both versions are accompanied by go-to-market documents for internal teams.

The deliverables comprise two largely pre-written and illustrated "template" mockups to ease adoption, image and cover choices that can be managed by internal communication teams. 148 Agence Collective and ETYO support the regional branches who wish it in producing their Impact+ version—whether long or short format—based on their specific needs.
