A long-term collaboration

Etyo is an independent consulting and project management assistance firm that supports its clients in three key areas: real estate, supply chain, and sustainable development.
In 2022, 148 Agency began its first collaboration with Etyo by organizing a complete rebranding, a website overhaul, and their 10th-anniversary celebration (see the project). The success of these initiatives left both teams eager to work together again!
Our branding team rose to the challenge when Fanny, Etyo’s Communications Manager, called us in April to organize their annual seminar… just three months later, in June.
Our first challenge? Finding a venue and designing the event on a tight schedule during a peak event season. Our second challenge? Managing logistics for over 100 people traveling from across France, with significant geographical constraints.

In event planning, we know that the unexpected is always lurking somewhere in our roadmap. This time, it was the weather that threw us a curveball (who could have predicted hail in June?!), but in the end, the epic team building in the rain probably left more lasting memories than if it had been under the expected sunshine !

A friendly and unifying event

The seminar aimed to create synergy between the Parisian and regional teams, centered around Etyo’s values, with two days of conviviality, relaxation, and good vibes—important values for the leadership team.
The agenda included: a picnic lunch under the trees, a breakfast “with a view” on the top floor of the hotel, a focused plenary session, an epic team-building activity in the rain and hail, a festive dance party, and a variety of activities for everyone (golf, wakeboarding, yoga, volleyball, spa…)
We can’t wait to reconnect with the Etyo team next year!
