
6th Sense Real Estate is a deeply human story that began in 1999 in the Lyon region. Its range of expertise expands as the group continues its rise, in Lyon but also throughout the rest of France: residential and commercial development, for both professional and private clients, as well as the renovation of old buildings, such as office spaces or monuments.
At first, the complete overhaul of the identity is not really on the agenda of the call for tenders issued by 6th Sense Real Estate, whose initial concerns are more focused on its website.
But here’s the thing: the group wants to get more attention, showcase its statements through articles and podcasts and, above all, break out of the usual codes of the real estate sector. But there's a missing thread, a strong and impactful creative principle to drive this desire. Based on this observation, we mobilize our advisory strength to propose a complete overhaul of the brand identity.

We start from the founders' passion for street art to propose a logo and a graphic system based on a dynamic and modern typographic assembly. Fluid, this identity, which uses magenta as its base color, can be adapted in different shades to reflect the agility that characterizes the group's way of working.
Alongside this work on the visual identity, we are also working on an editorial charter designed to convey a strong and unified voice, both on the website and on social media.

Based on this freshly rethought identity, we tackle the second project: the website. Or rather... The websites! Initially, 6e Sens Immobilier has two sites: one for professionals, the other for individuals. After studying user behaviors, and to reinforce the feeling of a strong parent brand, we propose to merge these two sites into one.
As with the identity, we rely on a principle intended to deeply imprint on the users' minds: aiming to present the real estate offers as the statements of 6e Sens Immobilier, the site is designed in its formatting as a media in its own right.
From the homepage, everything is designed to recall the codes of an urban-inspired magazine and street art: interplay between bold typographies, animations punctuating the navigation, and a prominent place given to visuals… Beyond the creative aspect, all these elements, gathered within a clear and optimized structure, serve to remind the deeply dynamic and innovative DNA that drives 6e Sens Immobilier.
