148 Agence Collective assisted I&P in a strategic overhaul of its brand identity and communication. The objective: to clarify the architecture between the parent brand and its five business lines, to formulate recommendations for an evolution of the visual identity, and to lay the groundwork for a future redesign of the website to better embody the maturity and expertise of the organization.
The first phase of the project consisted of a thorough audit of the existing situation. 148 Agence Collective analyzed all communication materials and brand messaging, and conducted interviews with the I&P teams to understand the strategic challenges. The findings were clear: I&P operated according to a monolithic logic, with a very strong umbrella brand but business lines that didn't truly exist as structured sub-brands. This situation created confusion for external stakeholders (investors, entrepreneurs, investment teams) who struggled to identify the specific features of each offering.
148 Agence Collective proposed a clear brand strategy, organized by pillar and by product range. Our approach consisted of defining each range's target audience, key messages, and unique expression territory, while maintaining consistency with the parent brand. The work focused on clarifying positioning. The new structure allows each range to assert its expertise while benefiting from the legitimacy of the parent brand.
