The objective: Raise awareness of tech expertise and recruit talent

Ebiznext is a company that meets the technological challenges posed by its clients through a team of over 75 developers and consultants. Their request to the agency is to design a website to communicate their expertise and recruit new talents, by establishing a coherent graphic universe. A particularly interesting project due to the advisory dimension provided by 148 Agence Collective. This project was an opportunity to successfully implement a new organizational method during the development phase.


To immerse oneself in the world of web development

In general, the entire site is inspired by the interface of the famous coding software Sublime Text, familiar to Ebiznext consultants. By borrowing from the universe of digital development with dark backgrounds and texts written in a tag-like manner, we have made these elements into a graphic code. Indeed, since Ebiznext does not have a graphic charter, we designed one as we created the site. We chose to use the color red, present in the logo, to which we added yellow to create a strong contrast of bright colors. The alternation of these two colors, especially among the action buttons, brings dynamism as well as navigation cues.

In addition to referencing the world of code and digital, one of the goals is to show that Ebiznext pays special attention to its employees. The human dimension of the company is highlighted by the large photos. Our ambition: to express the two facets of the company's DNA: technical rigor and family spirit.

A site rich in unique content

Ebiznext wanted to stand out from its many competitors: we advised them to highlight one of their qualities: pedagogy. Indeed, Ebiznext offers numerous training sessions, often structured around client cases. It seemed interesting to use this content to integrate it into the website. Thus, each case study allows demonstrating various expertise of the company, providing dual attractiveness both to potential clients and to new consultants tempted to join Ebiznext.

Recruiting new consultants is a major challenge. We found it important to recommend to Ebiznext to present each profession with a summary sheet that highlights the technologies used by the teams. The interest is twofold: to attract potential candidates who are interested in the latest digital tools, and to demonstrate to Ebiznext's clients that their teams are particularly cutting-edge.


The use of a new and more effective working method

The delivery times of the site are short... We have implemented a new working method to address this challenge. A new model of technical specifications developed with the client in order to integrate it as early as possible into the site development. This co-creation allowed both our technical team and Ebiznext to work on site administration. Each part of the site has been divided into sections submitted progressively to Ebiznext for validation.

This iterative construction has allowed us to guide our developers. Validating each element in administration (back office) as well as in design (front office) before integrating them has saved us time. The content matrix, which details all visible and non-visible elements page by page, provides a comprehensive view of all content and relevant Calls to Action.

This matrix has been an excellent way to involve Ebiznext in the integration of content. Their teams were indeed able to integrate certain contents without having to go through us: a significant time saver in the project's progress. Thanks to this method, Ebiznext can add content while respecting the design.
