A new identity for a rapidly evolving social enterprise

In 2025, Groupe SOS commissioned the 148 Collective Agency to structure the brand image of YSOS and Artisane Services, two associations that needed to clarify their messaging and visually express their positioning.

Artisane Services is a social enterprise that has been working since 1997 to support the long-term employment integration of people with disabilities.

The objective: to professionalize the brand universe without losing the human and collective DNA that drives all of its projects. A mission at the intersection of branding, editorial strategy, and design.

Co-creation workshop and creative exploration

The collaboration began with a workshop bringing together various Artisane stakeholders and Sabine, our strategic planner. This initial phase helped clarify the brand’s core identity pillars, values, and tone of voice.

We developed a clear and engaging brand manifesto. It reflects Artisane’s daily commitment, its local roots, and its ambition to do business differently. This editorial foundation complements the visual guidelines and enables all stakeholders to align around a shared vision.

Based on this strategic groundwork, we proposed two distinct creative directions for the logo and its associated system.

A clear, accessible, and structured visual identity

The selected direction features a distinctive typography, a subtle use of negative space, and a warm color palette aligned with Groupe SOS’s visual identity. It conveys the company’s collective energy while reinforcing its reliability.

We designed a logo endorsed by the Groupe SOS brand, a set of custom pictograms, and a comprehensive visual identity system enabling consistent application across all media (print, digital, signage).

A distinctive and confident positioning as a social enterprise

With this new identity, Artisane Services asserts its role as a committed economic player that values skills over status. The visual identity and manifesto serve as tools for both visibility and internal cohesion.

A human-scale branding project, developed in close collaboration with the teams, reflecting the unique impact they have on the ground.
