In 2021, the training organization Capital Formations faces a real challenge in terms of communication: following a change in regulations, individuals can now manage their own training, whereas this was previously an exclusive responsibility of HR services. Training organizations must therefore now address a double target, with BtoC added to BtoB.
To adapt to this new context, Capital Formations, an organization specialized in language and IT training, has turned to us to rethink its visual and editorial identity and redesign its website.
To reach a new audience, one must adapt their discourse. The institutional and formal language used until now is suitable for experts in the sector, but is not appropriate for a general audience. We create an editorial charter to guide the client in the writing of their content and define the tone to adopt.
To optimize the site's natural SEO, a keyword study is also conducted, guiding the recommendations of the editorial charter.
"The communication throughout the project went well and we are very happy with both the identity and the site."
Dan, Director, Capital Formations
"For a training organization, it is rare to have such a strong identity. It was very interesting to be able to create a rich and playful universe."
Victoria, Artistic Director, 148 Collective Agency
Beyond its desire to reach a new target audience, Capital Formations also has a goal of modernizing its brand identity. To achieve this, we have been commissioned to redesign the logo and create a brand new graphic charter.
Custom support being the strong point of Capital Formations, we envision the logo based on this principle. The different geometric shapes that make it up reflect the variety of training courses offered and can be associated with infinity to enhance the modularity of the pathways.
"The aim of the redesign is to modernize the site and make it more accessible to individuals searching for training."
Pauline, Project Manager, 148 Agence Collective
The visual identity is reflected on the new site: the shapes of the logo are used to energize the content and create transitions between pages. Their composition varies depending on the page visited by the user.
One of the challenges of this redesign is to reorganize the content to make it more accessible for individuals seeking training. We are completely rethinking the structure in order to highlight the training offerings and the two strengths of Capital Formations: customization and support.
