Repositioning a B2B Tech Brand with a Human Touch

DYDU, a French pioneer in conversational chatbots for large enterprises, called on 148 to redesign its brand identity and strengthen its presence in a highly competitive landscape. The goal: to clarify its positioning, revamp its image, and reaffirm its leadership in a fast-evolving sector—while staying true to its core values: humanity, simplicity, and innovation.

Our collaboration began with a strategic intention workshop that laid the groundwork for a new artistic direction aligned with DYDU’s ambitions. Branding, logotype, visual guidelines, and a complete UI/UX revamp—the entire brand ecosystem was redesigned to be bold, professional, and approachable, striking a balance between startup energy and corporate credibility to appeal to B2B decision-makers.

A Creative Direction Built on Clarity, Personality & Performance

The creative phase led to several logo and typography proposals, developed in close collaboration with the DYDU team. The selected route features a clean, sans-serif logo, with a capital "D" to boost memorability. The design subtly incorporates a chat bubble inside the D—a discreet yet powerful nod to the brand’s conversational roots.

For color, we moved away from palettes too similar to competitors (notably the purple/green used by iAdvize) and proposed a vibrant, unique visual universe. A strong typographic contrast was implemented in the UI/UX design to balance readability and character, fully compatible with the expectations of the tech industry.
