
Nextformation is a certified organization that offers continuous training, retraining programs, and professional training courses. The company enlisted the help of 148 Agence Collective to restructure its website. We started from the three existing sites to create a single portal, with a more modern identity. Main objective: increase traffic and attract more clients.
We thought of many tools to make the site ultra practical and intuitive. For example, a search engine at the heart of the homepage that allows direct access to the desired training or profession. Then, to capture leads (potential clients), we created a simple and easily accessible contact form. We also developed a “fund my training” simulator that allows, in a maximum of four questions, to discover which funding the client is eligible for.
To move away from the academic side, it was necessary to find a way to energize the site. The creative part was essential to establish this rhythm, while respecting the brand’s graphic charter.
Victoria, our artistic director, alternated between thick lines and thinner lines and chose a rounded design to give a softer graphic tone and avoid a too-school-like appearance. She also imagined several pictograms, so that on the homepage, each category of training is immediately recognizable.

The client asked us to create a completely new site structure, without relying on an existing management system. We must acknowledge that this was not our recommendation, as tools like WordPress are very well-designed, flexible, and they save time and money. However, we therefore sought and found the right partner, Laurent Varenne, capable of designing the technical solution that meets the client's request.

Another very important point: we provide our client with all the tools to manage their site independently. We have therefore trained the internal technical teams in our methods so they are able to independently handle routine maintenance and improvement operations on the site.
A blog section is directly provided by the client. And we come in support, upstream, to guide the semantic positioning and optimize the SEO. We think about the internal linking and keywords to comply with Web standards and particularly those of search engines.
We have carried out this work for the entire Nextformation portal, also considering the structure and titles of categories, to create a SEO friendly site.
