Understanding a technical profession, a real communication challenge

For over ten years, PhenyTech has been offering data/cloud/devOps solutions to businesses. Behind this technological jargon lie key issues: big data, data security, scalability, monitoring... As Pierre admits during our first meeting, “communication is not our profession, but we want a showcase that reflects the quality of our services!”

Let’s say it right from the start because it’s our great pride: PhenyTech discovered the Agency thanks to the recommendation of one of our clients, and the trust that Pierre and Julien immediately showed towards our teams created a wonderful working environment.

PhenyTech is a BtoB company addressing expert clients (notably CIOs and CTOs), so it must assert its skills, demonstrate its innovation capabilities, and inspire trust. This is the challenge of our support work, which includes three phases: positioning, redesign of the visual identity, and redesign of communication tools: website and company presentation slides.

We are organizing a positioning workshop, fueled by audits and interviews, to bring to light the unique features of PhenyTech. It emerges that PhenyTech needs to highlight its expertise and know-how, the quality of its support and teams... in short, to speak better about itself.

With the brand values established, we begin the reworking of identity: the historical green is replaced by a blue playing with gradients to symbolize movement and the flow of data. The logo is rethought to be more digital, easily identifiable, and possibly animated. The network, at the heart of their business challenges, serves as our inspiration for the design of the assets that will be used on the materials.

The showcase site, a large format business card

The goal of the site is primarily to reflect a motivated and skilled team. It must showcase the expertise and use cases of PhenyTech: this is what we will highlight. Given the volume of content, we had considered a one-page site. Ultimately, the PhenyTech site has three pages, with references and the team on dedicated pages.

We recommended to Pierre and Julien to opt for a site in Webflow, which is relatively quick to implement and has the advantage of not requiring maintenance once the hosting fees are paid. The tool is easy to handle, especially for a technical team like that of PhenyTech!

Amélie took care of integrating the designs that Anna had made on Figma, doing a bit of image retouching, and it was done! We only had to forgo a small highlight embellishment on the titles, which Webflow did not allow us to manage correctly, particularly on mobile.

In terms of eco-design, the site receives a score of 70/100 on EcoIndex, which is commendable.

In the end, from the client's side: the schedule and budget were respected, and from the agency's side, we are pleased with this site that demonstrates that Webflow is a good solution for anyone looking for a simple site, within a controlled timeline and/or budget.
