Pollen is primarily the story of Hillary and Isabel, two students at New York University who embark on a somewhat crazy project, commensurate with the amount of work they decide to invest in it: to create an online platform that would allow women who have left the workforce to reintegrate while finding a path that truly excites them.
The idea is there, the project is launched, but a crucial aspect is missing: the graphic universe that will stand out amid fierce competition. It is through word of mouth that Hillary and Isabel hear about 148 Agence Collective and its work... A collaboration we joyfully accept, as we are used to working on projects of international scope!
"The teams at 148 Agence Collective brought our young start-up to life! Their creative spirit and the high quality of their work allowed us, from day one, to stand out with an impactful, fresh, and engaging brand. We are very determined to work with you again."
Hillary, Founder, Pollen
Pollen is at the very beginning of its existence... so much so that its founders are not quite sure they want to keep the name!
A true challenge for us, as this means that the entire identity of the brand will need to be translated into the graphic universe we will imagine around the logo: the latter, very simple, is a typographic composition, easily modifiable if needed by the clients.
Beyond the logo, it’s a whole graphic universe that we envision to give Pollen a truly impactful identity. Our work strikes a chord: Hillary and Isabel are very open to our creative proposals and excited about the idea of exploring the suggested avenues!
"The idea was to find something that is reassuring but not boring, serious but motivating. Something accessible to the general public but that instills confidence."
Lisa, Creative Director, 148 Agence Collective
We are going for a colorful and engaging universe, based on shades of blue designed to build trust with the user. Several graphic elements are layered onto this foundation, made up of simple textured shapes in various colors. For the clickable elements of the site, we envision graphic principles reminiscent of writing, studies, such as pencil sketches appearing on hover, or arrows with a “handmade” look drawing attention to certain important points.
"Besides the relationship with the clients, which was excellent, I really appreciated the opportunity to work on such a creative project of international dimension."
Victoria, Artistic Director, 148 Agency Collective
After delivering the charter and the various elements, we tackle bringing the imagined graphic universe to life. The website is currently limited to a landing page allowing users to sign up for the program, following the visual principles stated above. We are also preparing variations for the social media so that Hillary and Isabel can express their messages and promote their brand on their main distribution channels.
The Collective Agency brings together numerous talents who can respond to strategic and/or operational communication projects, targeted or multi-channel, short and long term. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with us to discuss and receive a quote for your project!
