To position Sofiac as a trusted player among its targets, we initiated our collaboration with a creative workshop aimed at understanding the issues, the targets, and defining the key concepts and language elements of the brand.
For the public relations strategy, we worked closely with Shan, a PR agency specialized in communication for companies in the finance and investment sectors. The workshop, bringing together the Sofiac management teams, Agency 148, and the Shan teams, highlighted the brand's strengths and defined the angles to promote Sofiac's partners in France, such as Mirova, Ademe Investissement, and Afnor.

Once the brand manifesto was created, we launched a LinkedIn workshop to train the SOFIAC teams on the updates to the algorithm and the strategic advantages of the tool to increase the company's visibility and generate inbound leads.
This workshop allowed the sales force to gain independence in creating posts and using the messaging elements. Our close collaboration with the PR agency teams also enabled us to synchronize the LinkedIn posts with press releases based on a shared editorial calendar.
To facilitate content creation, Floriane, our artistic director, developed a set of templates on Canva. A quick Canva training session then allowed the Sofiac teams to easily and intuitively get accustomed to their new work tool.
In continuation of the creation of new communication materials, SOFIAC has decided to update its digital sales support: a simple and minimalist brochure. Our creative team has designed a modernized support, combining attractive design and optimized content, ready to be used in digital or printed form.
Thanks to close collaboration with agency 148, Sofiac has managed to strengthen its presence and credibility in the French market. Through branding workshops and LinkedIn, as well as the strategic overhaul of its communication materials, Sofiac is now well-positioned to successfully carry out its mission of energy transition and decarbonization of French companies.
