A new digital identity

The VADIM Group is a real estate company specializing in the acquisition, management, and enhancement of a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate, hotels, and para-hotel properties. Manuel Flam, the founder, enlisted 148 Agence Collective to orchestrate the overhaul of the digital identity and strengthen the group's online presence through a modern website and a personalized LinkedIn strategy.

A new identity for a new start

Three years after a successful first collaboration, Manuel has renewed his trust in us to give birth to a new brand identity. We initiated this project with a creative workshop to define the positioning, the tone of voice, and the key concepts, resulting in the creation of a powerful baseline that summarizes the values of the Group: "Sourcing Real Estate, Building Wealth".

The creative workshop allowed us to position the company in a highly competitive market and to extract all the strengths of the Vadim Group within its sector. Our workshops, which are very engaging, are built around role-playing games and dynamic exercises aimed at identifying a brand's strengths and the values dear to its founders. During our discussions with Manuel, the key concepts led to the construction of a brand storytelling articulated around elegance and boldness.

A brand book to ensure brand consistency

The creation of a complete brand book has solidified the new brand platform of the VADIM Group. This guide encapsulates all the nuances of the brand identity and serves as a reference for all future communications.

A modern and elegant website

The website overhaul was an opportunity to implement a meticulous structure and mapping, ensuring the best user experience. We opted for an original design, developing a structure that embodies the sophistication and elegance that characterize the VADIM Group.


The mock-ups, designed by our duo of designers Hélène and Floriane, are the result of intense work aimed at translating the essence of the group into a seamless and engaging digital experience.


In parallel, the SEO strategy orchestrated by Marion, our digital expert, has allowed us to identify all the relevant keywords to guide the rewriting of all site content. The site is now positioned for all target queries.

Personal branding strategy and content creation

At the same time, we developed a comprehensive personal branding strategy for Manuel, who was hesitant to personally expose himself on social media.


We also designed a content strategy for LinkedIn, including a thematic calendar aligned with the trends of the real estate sector, as well as the creation of Canva templates to enable autonomous and efficient management by the group's teams.
When it comes to content production on social media, a photo shoot is also a must! Nathalie, the creative strategist, designed the entire artistic direction of the shoot to bring Vadim’s new identity to life.


Between personal shopping sessions, makeup, and styling, we left no room for chance. The photographer, Anthony, was able to capture the soul of the company and the personality of its team: agility, friendliness, and expertise.


Since the launch of the new website and the digital strategy on LinkedIn, Manuel has been inundated with compliments and sees the curves of his LinkedIn analytics rising every day. The coverage and click-through rates on his posts, as well as the number of visits to the website, are continuously growing. The bet on reputation and a strong e-reputation has been won.
