Logo, illustrations, videos: bring together all the resources of Alimetiers.com

It's Camille, our consulting director, who had the idea for this project. She has been in charge of Alimétiers for five years. First, there was the creation of the website, which aims to promote training pathways and food-related professions: creating a visual identity, designing and developing the site. Then, creating content to enrich it. And organizing events to keep it alive. Five years during which Agency 148 created a logo, illustrations, kakémonos, advertising banners, and even Instagram templates. These are all resources that the client needs to be able to reuse and pass on to its service providers or partners. Camille's idea is therefore quite simple: to catalog all the resources created for the site, the blog, or the stands at trade shows and make them easily accessible. This brand center is thus a database that brings together all the graphic work of the Agency for Alimétiers.

Secure access to files

"Finding sources, a logo, or a video for example, is always complicated. I bless Camille! This brand center is going to be very useful for us."

Isabelle, Head of the Apprenticeship Development Department, Ocapiat

We begin with a long process of research and organizing the various source files. We list four categories. The "Communication" files include job sheets, advertising banners, and the map of France for trade shows. The "Identity" folder gathers the graphic identity charter, the logo, and the social media templates. In a "Photos and Videos" file, we put the photos of the regions and the reports. Finally, we assemble in an "Event Materials" folder the background designs for stands, the designs for TV screens or tablets, and the visuals for roll-ups. Next, we identify three main types of brand center users. Each has certain access rights. The first level of users are the partners. They can download exports, that is, the final versions of the files, without modification rights, and use them as is. The second level of users is the service providers. They can download exports and source files and can therefore modify the files if they wish. Finally, for the third level of users, the managers, it is also possible, in addition to everything else, to access archived files, which are files that no longer correspond to the current graphic charter of Alimétiers. To ensure the confidentiality of certain resources, the issue of security is crucial. This is the responsibility of Bastien, our developer in charge of the back office. He ensures that each type of user has the corresponding rights.

UI and UX design: creating an easy-to-use tool

Bastien, as well as Pauline, our project manager, are also ensuring to simplify the integration of content into the database. Thus, for each file, information such as the type of resource, year of creation, or type of extension is automatically retrieved. The client therefore does not need to manually fill in this data, which will serve as filters and simplify the search. This is the other challenge of this brand center: to create a tool that allows for easy finding of the desired content. We are therefore undertaking significant work in UI (user interface) design and UX (user experience) design. We are creating a smooth and streamlined interface, with several ways to search for content. Through proposed keyword filters. By category (communication, identity, photos and videos, event materials), with a color for each category. Or via a search bar. Thanks to this structure, the client has a tool that facilitates their relationships with partners and service providers. And above all, it saves them precious time!

"With 148 Agence Collective, there is step-by-step support, with milestone checkpoints. It's easy to move forward, without taking up too much time. Often simpler than with other providers."

Isabelle, Head of the Learning Development Department, Ocapiat
