The “BtoC” operation relies on an experiential website that highlights both the beauty of the location, nestled in a green setting, just a stone's throw from historic monuments, and the comfort and services: swimming pool and Nordic bath, breakfast in the room, picnic basket of fresh and local products on request, etc. Once this showcase is in place, it is time to give the Commanderie de Ballan the top position among accommodations in its category (four stars!) in Touraine, and to develop the BtoB operation.
To achieve this, natural referencing will be an important optimization lever: analysis of searches, selection of relevant keywords and semantic clusters, and rewriting content to integrate keywords and long tail into the page.

We are setting up all the technical architecture to manage hotel bookings: synchronization of availability across multiple platforms and the Commanderie website, as well as adding stay options and managing a back office for the teams. The Commanderie site is connected to The Edge, one of the flagship and robust solutions for hoteliers developed by Accor.
MICE is the acronym for “meeting, incentive congress and event,” in other words, the BtoB side of a place like the Commanderie de Ballan. The goal is to increase the occupancy rate during the week by hosting seminars and professional events. Just like for individuals, some platforms list the offers. The idea is to create a specific landing page targeting the communication and marketing or HR teams in charge of the event to propose them ready-made and tailored professional solutions: the Commanderie manages accommodation, as well as meals and activities. A commercial brochure allows for targeted mailings after an initial contact.
Result: 6 months after delivery, bookings and feedback are on the rise!
