
SCP works for a responsible and resilient coconut sector that generates a positive impact on farmers' livelihoods, the climate, and the environment. The NGO, established in 2022, manages the largest community of private sector professionals in this field and facilitates collaborations for large-scale change. It leads the Coconut Charter (The Sustainable Coconut Charter), promoting transparency and insurance tailored to market needs.
We were immediately attracted by the ethical and international dimension of SCP. Our goal is to provide the appropriate resources to Grégory, the founder of this very ambitious NGO, in order to give his initiative all the visibility and impact it deserves.

The SCP rebranding project began with a custom creative workshop, essential for defining its positioning, key messages, tone, and overall brand territory. This approach led to a complete rebranding, including the delivery of various communication tools such as a branding kit with a logo redesign and a graphic charter, the design of HTML newsletter for Pardot, letterhead, a pitch deck in PowerPoint, as well as LinkedIn templates adapted in Illustrator and Canva. The stand branding for the brand's event presence was also revised, with the creation of posters and branded roll-up banners.
To highlight the successes of the NGO during its first year, we created a motion design brand film, featuring a founder's interview, handmade illustrations, and dynamic graphic elements. As we write these lines, at the beginning of 2024, a second motion design is in production. It retraces the successes of the event The Coconut Roundtable in Jakarta in November 2023, a key moment for the players in the rapidly transforming coconut industry.
SCP has also entrusted us with the development of a new page on its website (WIX) to showcase the achievements and successes of its round table. For this page, we prioritized navigation fluidity and a graphic deconstruction, in order to lighten the text blocks and make reading more enjoyable.
This collaboration with SCP demonstrates how an effective communication and rebranding strategy can transform an organization's image. The rebranding, coupled with storytelling initiatives through motion design and a redesign of the online presence via a new web page, has strengthened SCP's identity as a leader in the sector. These actions have highlighted the achievements of the NGO, while emphasizing its commitment to innovation and sustainability. SCP is now perceived as a key player in the coconut industry, ready to face future challenges with a strong brand, regarded by its peers as solid and highly professional.
