Establish a strong identity

The initial request from Yumaa was to redesign its pitch deck to clearly express its strengths in a highly competitive FemTech market. As we engaged in discussions and immersed ourselves in the brand's values, it became clear that Yumaa was not just a classic menstrual tracking app, but a true digital companion, designed to evolve with its users at every key stage of their lives. 

With this new unique value, we constructed a pitch deck and tailored content to persuade investors.

The methodology 148 in 4 key steps

1. Strategic positioning and storytelling


We closely collaborated with the founder, Agnès, to structure a coherent and inspiring narrative. Objective: Highlight the values of proximity, commitment, and long-term support. Every element of the pitch was designed to address potential investor objections while telling a captivating story.

2. Visual identity and graphic charter

"We have created a warm visual identity, supported by a palette of natural colors and modern typography. The design reflects the humanity and kindness of Yumaa, while affirming its innovative character."

3. Clear and convincing financial projections


We integrated detailed financial projections based on concrete data to highlight the growth potential of the application.
Figures that emphasize:

  • The customer lifetime value (LTV) is higher due to a long-term support strategy.
  • A differentiating economic model, appealing to investors.

4. Investor insights and narrative structure


To anticipate investor expectations, we created a comprehensive forecast and structured the pitch around answers to key questions:

  • Target market
  • Differentiation
  • Product roadmap
  • Financial projections

Finally, we organized a coaching session for the founder. A final training that proved essential to prepare Agnès to pitch successfully in front of dozens of investors!

The next chapter will be written in the coming months, when we will have the opportunity to write Yumaa's success story in France and internationally by orchestrating the launch and communication campaigns that will bring visibility to this essential health application for women.
