Dreamers Team is a purpose-driven training organization that supports individuals who are far from the job market, guiding them toward essential professions—such as logistics, food service, and caregiving.
Their core belief: every individual has untapped potential, as long as we provide the right support and environment to help them grow.
148 Collective Agency was brought in to rethink their brand strategy, redesign their visual identity, and build a website aligned with the strength of their mission. The goal: create a coherent, accessible, and human-centered ecosystem that resonates with both their beneficiaries and their broader network of partners (social inclusion programs, impact-driven companies, public funding bodies, and foundations).
Our collaboration began with a strategic diagnostic phase: internal interviews, a semantic audit, and a deep analysis of their existing messaging. This groundwork gave us a clear view of Dreamers Team’s positioning, the barriers to comprehension, and the brand’s unique points of differentiation.
The result was a comprehensive brand strategy document with tailored messaging for each target group (inclusion partners, companies, and trainers), and a creative brief to guide the next phases of visual and digital design.
Axelle, the project’s art director, developed a strong graphic identity rooted in three core values: transmission, groundedness, and boldness. The visual language combines vibrant colors, assertive typefaces, and a raw yet human feel—embodying the spirit of the Dreamers Team collective: field-based, militant, and approachable.
This new identity was rolled out into a social media toolkit with ready-to-use LinkedIn templates, built to empower Dreamers Team’s internal team to communicate with consistency and ease.
Once the brand foundation and content structure were defined, we redesigned the UX architecture to support the site’s three key audiences: inclusion partners, impact-driven businesses, and trainers. Each pathway offers tailored, easy-to-navigate content and positions Dreamers Team as a trusted partner in high-impact workforce development.
The design strikes a balance between functionality and emotion, with custom wireframes, intuitive UI, authentic photography, and field-based testimonials. The editorial tone is direct, positive, and human—built to resonate with real people doing real work.
“Dreamers Team is one of those projects that reminds us why we do what we do. There was mutual trust and creative freedom from day one—and that sparked real creative energy across our team.”
