The marketing challenge: attracting new students

ACE Education and the AMOS team are looking for one or more service providers capable of supporting them in the redesign of their website, with a very clear objective: to rethink the site entirely to improve user experience and performance. Agence 148 teamed up with its usual SEO partner to offer a comprehensive solution: standing out in a competitive environment, attracting and guiding users through the site, and converting their interest into an admission process. Strategy, branding, UI, marketing: all the elements of an effective redesign are in place.

Workshops to co-create greatness

After the usual “kick-off” and a joint review of the specifications, we launched two series of workshops: one focused on UX/UI and the other on SEO. Although the two topics are interconnected, we prefer to break down large tasks into smaller ones to avoid overwhelming the client with too many issues at once.

User experience is truly at the heart of the project. Through the workshops, we were able to clearly understand the needs and expectations of everyone involved and how to address them through the website.

This design phase is crucial and sets the tone for the entire redesign, as the choices made will affect content classification, the use of the visual identity guidelines, and, of course, the selection of functionalities to be developed.

Enhancing the visual identity guidelines

The visual identity guidelines for AMOS had just been completely reworked when the redesign began. Our contribution was to enhance these guidelines for digital adaptation. This was the task of Lisa and Victoria, who refined the visual identity as the page designs evolved under their styluses.
Given the density of the content, Lisa and Victoria focused heavily on navigation: creating color codes, drawing attention to CTAs with parallax effects, and visually lightening the pages by organizing content into dropdowns. The goal is to ensure that navigating the site remains smooth, despite it being intentionally rich in content and catering to a wide range of different audiences.

Beyond content: conveying emotion

AMOS’s promise is that sports are not just a recreational passion but the core of a profession. It is therefore essential to amplify the inspirational aspect of the AMOS website so that Generation Z—the primary target for the courses offered—feels motivated to join the business school. We retained full-screen photographs of athletes or students, adding punchy taglines to reinforce AMOS’s messages.
During this redesign, we also created other materials for AMOS, including printed brochures.

AMOS knows what marketing and communication are about. They’ve established a strong graphic identity and have a quality photo library. They also know how to craft compelling messages. This is a real advantage for us because we can fully leverage these elements without worrying that the site’s content additions will degrade the design!

A bilingual, SEO-optimized, website

With a network of 17 schools across France and Europe, and a firm belief that English is an essential skill in sports careers, AMOS needed a bilingual website. Naturally, all content in both languages is optimized for SEO to support organic search rankings. The goal of this site is to attract future students to the four programs offered by AMOS each year.
